(New Zealand vs Bangladesh) After performing very well in the first test against New Zealand, the Bangladeshi fans were hoping that their team will do something like this in the second match of the series as well.

On day one the Bangladeshi captain Mominul Haque chose to bowl first, with the idea that his bowler will replicate the performance of the first test match, but that didn’t happen as New Zealand openers made sure that Bangladesh’s bowler do not get any wicket.

for the first wicket partnership, Tom Latham and Will Young added 148 runs in just 37.4 overs, the partnership was looking solid as before it grows more and hurt Bangladesh team Shoriful Islam claimed the wicket of Will young who made 54 runs.

Devon Conway whose been in form of his life since his debut join hands with captain Tom Latham and both of them added 215 runs between them and also made sure that the New Zealand team lose no further wicket on day one.

New Zealand finishes day one with 349 runs on board with a loss of one wicket, on the second day New Zealand went all guns blazing over the Bangladeshi team, first Devon Conway brings his century and after him captain Tom Latham brings his 200 and later his 250.

with the help of Ross Taylor and Tom Blundell, the New Zealand team posted 521 runs on the board with the loss of 6 wickets. With a mountain to climb the things were not going to be easy for Bangladeshi batters.

the start was horrific for the Bangladesh team as half of their team was back in the pavilion with just 27 runs on board, Nurul Hasan and Yasir Ali then tried their best to save their team from collapse.

as they added 60 runs but this was not enough and whole Bangladeshi team was back in pavilion with just 126 runs to their name.
