Priyam said, “When I went to England and South Africa with him, he shared his experience with me, which helped me. Get chance in IPL

After the excellent captaincy and batting in the Under-19 World Cup, Priyam was added by Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL-2020. He played 14 matches for the team last season. However, he could not do much more and scored 133 runs at an average of 14.77. During this time, he scored only a half-century. Till the postponement of IPL-2021, the team did not give Priyam a chance in a single match.
