Team India: Middle Order woes can cause series to India

Team India:

(Team India) When the Indian team landed in South Africa they were pretty confident about the series win, either test or the ODIs, but in test matches, the Indian team failed to win the test series, and with that loss, they waited for their first-ever series win in South Africa will go a little longer.

the problem which was the main reason for India’s loss in the Test series was their middle order, a problem for which team India tried different methods but they still don’t know the answer.

the problem of the Test series continued in the first ODI as well but with different batters, at one point when Kohli and Dhawan were cruising over South Africa’s team it looked like, it is going to be easy win for the Indian team.

but as soon as both of them departed, the Indian team collapsed, Rishabh Pant, Venkatesh Iyer, Shreyas Iyer, all failed to keep the Indian team into the match, now if the Indian team wants to do a comeback into the series they need to do some hard grind on their middle order.

especially wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant who still need to perform in LOIs for India, Shreyas was good against New Zealand in the test but he was soon dropped making a place for Indian captain Virat Kohli.

the second ODI between the two sides is starting from tomorrow and it is going to be the last chance for India to make their statement, because if the Indian team fails to win this match then they will also lose the series as well.

but one thing which seems to be out of the equation was the spot of Shikhar Dhawan, in the ODI team, with his 79 runs he proved that he is still good to go for the Indian team.
